How to enable dual authentication for your school

This feature will require teachers to either verify their log-in through their email or answer a security question chosen by the admin when logging in from an unusual IP address. 

To enable one of these options go to your 'School settings' page from the 3 lines menu. 

From the left hand menu on the school settings page please select 'Security'.

You can then select either 'Security question' or 'Email confirmation' from the dropdown menu, 

Selecting 'School wide security question' will require you to enter a secret question and secret answer. The answer is not case-sensitive. Users logging in from an unknown IP address will be required to answer the question.
